I created The Grey Space Therapy Collective to offer compassionate psychotherapy for individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and identity exploration. With particular insight into the experiences of neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, I am committed to helping all individuals embrace the in-between, find clarity, and move toward what matters most. Drawing on approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), I tailor therapy to support each person’s unique journey.

Services
I specialize in treating OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard therapy for lasting relief. ERP helps you break the cycle of obsessions and compulsions so you can regain freedom, reduce anxiety, and live more fully.


Identity Exploration
Identity is complex and ever-evolving. I provide a supportive space for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals — as well as anyone questioning or redefining their identity — to explore who they are with openness, compassion, and clarity.
Anxiety can feel overwhelming and all-consuming. Using evidence-based approaches, I help you manage worry, panic, and fear so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and in control of your life
