I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, specializing in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
I’m drawn to the complexity of anxiety and OCD-the way it can be loud and overwhelming, or quiet and persistent, shaping how we move through our days and relate to ourselves and those we love most. Whether you’re feeling stuck in cycles that don’t make sense, navigating intrusive thoughts, or exhausted from trying to manage it all, my goal is to help you build a different kind of relationship with your mind-one that feels more flexible, grounded, and genuinely yours.
My approach is structured enough to give our work direction, but flexible enough to follow where you actually need to go. ERP is a powerful, evidence-based framework, but therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll tailor the work to fit your life, your values, and your pace.
I bring training and tools to help guide the process, and you bring the lived experience of being you. Therapy works best when we’re building something together-grounded in your reality, not just theory. I see my role as a guide and collaborator, helping you face hard things while staying grounded in your experience, identity, and strengths.
I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and people exploring identity or moving through life transitions. Therapy with me is about building a space together where you feel understood and supported, and where growth feels authentic, meaningful, and sustainable.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just curious about doing things differently, you can expect warmth, directness, and humor when it fits, along with a genuine investment in your growth.
Outside of my work, I love making challah with my wife and our dogs, fostering animals, traveling to new places, and listening to Bad Bunny whenever I get the chance.
